trng ystd was alright. except for the 10 rounds we had to run before trng. my god, i actually completed it. now my legs are aching even more. ): OUCHHHHHHHHHH. i cant walk up the stairs la. haha. after trng was supposed to go LPS, but sumay had to go home, so it was cancelled, so me, nobel and wanru went searching for food at arnd 10 plus and we concluded that singapore has NO NIGHTLIFE. haha.
